Refund policy
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right.
StoneandBloomco. encourage customers to carefully review all photographs and product descriptions prior to purchasing.
As these pieces are generally one-off pieces, we have a 14-day return policy for a store credit only, Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used across all products available on our website. which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- Free from damage, wear, or alterations.
- Approved by Stone and Bloom prior to being returned.
As every crystal is naturally unique, variations in colour, pattern, shape, inclusions, and natural formations are not considered faults. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece special and cannot be used as grounds for return. Crystals have natural lines within the stone when they are polished, these lines are considered natural and are not a crack. We will always let you know if there is any damage that you should be made aware of prior to purchasing.
As a result, returns cannot be accepted due to natural variations within the stone.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any damage incurred

Please ensure you are happy with the product chosen prior to claiming and purchasing, if you need a video or need more photos, we will be happy to provide this to you to ensure you are making the correct decision are not disappointed.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
