Shipping policy

We lovingly pack and dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days
  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you need your item posted as express, please email or contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your crystals as much as we do! If you need any extra details, videos photos of the item or even a video please reach out to us. Once you have advised that you have claimed an item it will be removed from our inventory. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at stoneandbloomco.au@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
  • We will not refund original postage costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take the highest care in packaging your item and damage almost never happens.  If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item as you have received it and your order number. 

We will take a photo of your item prior to sending, to provide you with a proof of sale photo.
